Message	To test the gauge get a 3.5 watt bulb (194 wedge ) remove the temp sensor plug connect one end of the bulb wire to the sensor plug and the other bulb wire to ground, now turn key to the run position and the gauge should rise to hot. If it drops or does not go to hot you have a bad gauge. If it checks ok then change your sensor
